2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
16 ounces Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups splenda -- i used 2 cups
1 teaspoon lemon juice -- optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract -- or almond
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In food processor bowl - using steel blade - process cottage cheese
until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Pre heat overn to 350.
Pour into 8" springform pan and bake 1 hour.
Cool in refrigerator - store in frig too.
