Almond Cake

1 cup blanched almonds -- ground
1 stick butter -- at room temperature
1/2 cup Splenda
2 each large egg
1/2 cup sugar free jam or jelly -- *see Note
Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9" pie tin and line with parchment paper.
Mix everything in food processor until well mixed then blend in butter
until well blended. Spoon into pie tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
*Top with melted sugar free jam and fresh fruit if desired.
