Almond Chocolate

4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
squares
1/2 cup butter
8 tablespoons half and half -- subtract 2 carbs if using heavy
cream
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon vanilla
20 packages artificial sweetener -- sugar twin
Melt the chocolate in a sauce
pan slowly with the butter over low heat. Once melted add in
the rest of the ingredients.
Spray an 11 x 7 1/2 inch pan and put in freezer to freeze. Then
cut into 12 equal size bars.
I keep mine in the freezer once cut, and pull one out when I
want one!
I noticed that when it froze
there was a bit of a "fat build-up" in certain areas,
but it is soooo yummy!
