Flax Seed Pancakes

1/4 Cup protein powder -- vanilla
or plain
1/8 Cup flax seeds -- ground to 1/4 cup flax meal
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup water (approximate)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Pinch sweetener
Mix ingredients and cook in melted
butter on a griddle just as you would
regular pancakes.
