Cherry Cakebread

Atkin's Bake Mix, seltzer water, heavy cream, eggs - follow
directions on the Bake Mix for making the loaf of bread,
BUT also add 1-1/2 packets (more or less to taste) of Sugar
Free Cherry Jello. This tastes awesome and is more like cake
than bread. You can use any flavor sugarless Jello, but we like
cherry the best.
