Very Low-Carb Bread Machine Bread

1 pkg dry yeast
1 tsp sugar -- (for the yeast)
1 1/8 cups water -- baby bottle warm
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup wheat gluten flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1 tablespoon splenda
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat bran

Put the yeast, sugar and water into the bottom of your bread machine,
stir together (this is also a yeast starter and it lets you know if
your yeast is alive so you can start that over if you find the yeast is
dead. ). Mix the other dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the oil
to the yeast mixture. Pour the dry ingredients into your machine and
run it on the basic cycle (4 hours).
