Quick and Simple Orange
"Smoothie"

8 ounces Crystal Light drink - Pineapple/Orange
1/4 cup cream
2 Sugar Free orange popsicles -- (the ones I use are 3 carbs
per)
Mush up popsicles in a glass,
pour cream over them. Combine and then
pour Crystal light. Add coconut extract, if desired.
variations - any different flavor
drink or popsicles. makes a great
and filling breakfast, especially if you are craving fruit.
