Delicious Protein Shakes

12 ounces water
2 scoops protein powder (any flavor)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 packets artificial sweetener -- (2 to 3)
8 ice cubes
In a blender: Blend on high for about a minute until all
ice is well pulverized. These are great for breakfast.
When I make chocolate flavored ones, I add a teaspoon of
instant decaf coffee for a mocha flavor.
