Gayle's Hot Chocolate

2/3 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup water
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons Atkins sugar free chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener -- or to taste
Stir together the heavy cream and water in small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm.
Add unsweetened cocoa and s.f. chocolate syrup (the cocoa
blends better if the cream is warm). Continue stirring
and heating until hot. DO NOT BOIL. Pour into large mug
and add artificial sweetener, if desired. Enjoy! For a
FRENCH VANILLA HOT CHOCOLATE, add 1 teaspoon Carbolite
French Vanilla Cappuccino to the cream when adding the
cocoa. I think this is richer tasting than the sugar free
hot chocolate on the market and with fewer carbs.
