Spicy Cheesy Stuffed Steak-easy!

12 ounces beef tip round -- 1 steak -cut about 1/2" thick
1 ounce havarti cheese -- sliced very thin
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese -- sliced thin
1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese -- sliced thin
1 each pickled jalapeno -- chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 each salt and pepper -- to taste
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce -- optional

I used beef round tip -use any steak that holds together well.
I made this on the foreman grill -really easy. You can use a grill pan,
or non-stick skillet(probablt cast iron would work best). Preheat grill or skillet.

Beat steak with a meat mallet to 1/4" thick. Season both sides with
salt and pepper. On one side, layer havarti, then jalapeno, th,F p,]
one half of, steak. Fold over to seal(press lightly all around. Drizzle
on worcestershire sauce, then olive oil.

Grill 5 minutes for medium. Put the steak in so the fold is facing the
bottom so the cheese doesn't run out. Skillet or grill pan: probably 3-4
minutes each side -turn carefully. Place the sliced cheddar on top, and close grill for 10 seconds to melt(for
skillet, turn off heat and cover to melt). Scoop up any cheese that 'escaped' and spoon over the top.
