Spicy Corned Beef & Saurkraut

1 jalapeno pepper -- diced
1 clove garlic -- minced
3 ounces corned beef brisket, canned -- cut into small cubes
1/2 cup sauerkraut
tabasco sauce

Saute jalapeno pepper and garlic in olive oil until pepper is soft. Add the corned beef, fry until browned. Add saurkraut, cook until kraut is cooked through. Add several dashes of Tabasco to your taste.
