Onion-Beef Soup Melt

Recipe By: Sally
Categories: Beef/Pork

1 pound deli sliced beef (or leftover sliced beef)
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Ramen noodles for the rest of the family
1 LARGE onion
Beef bullion (I used McKay's beef seasoning)
Butter

Saute onions in a generous amount of butter until golden and caramel-colored. Add beef, water, and beef bullion to make a soup.

If you have to feed a teenage son, cook some Ramen noodles and put them in his bowl.

Divide beef-onion mixture into individual bowls (with or without noodles). Top generously with MJ cheese. Melt cheese in microwave or oven.

NOTES : No counts provided
