2 pounds link sausage -- cut
into 8 equal pieces
8 each cabbage leaves -- large
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 cup ragu double cheddar sauce -- 12g carbs
Spray a 9x9 casserole pan with
cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400f.
Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 20 seconds -or until
just pliable. On each leaf, place 1 sausage link and 1/8 of the
tablespoons). Roll up, tucking in all ends, and place, seam side
casserole dish. Spoon cheese sauce over all and bake, uncovered,
for approx 30 minutes
or until sausage is heated through.
