1 egg
1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup ground pork rinds
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup half and half
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large bowl whisk egg. Add ground beef, pork rinds, onion, half and half, Worchester sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until combined. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

Heat oil in lage skillet over medium high heat. When hot, but not smoking, add meatballs and cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 15 to 18 minutes. Adjust heat as needed. Drain on paper towels. Makes a great snack, or meal.
