Kitty's Cabbage Rolls

1 head cabbage
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon butter
knoor's sourbraten mix
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a coffee server or insulated pitcher, combine the coffee, tequila,

water and add a package of the sourbraten mix and the 1/4 cup of heavy cream,
mix to dissolve and then pour onto the rolls, cover and bake in oven at 350
for 40 minutes or microwave for 25 minutes. Too many freeze some for later
or half the recipe.
