Kim's Kicked-Up Stuffed Peppers

4 medium green peppers -- tops removed, deseeded and washed
1 pound ground beef -- or ground turkey
1/4 cup catsup -- (1/4 to 1/2)
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons Basil
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Sage
salt and pepper -- to taste
Grated Parmasan Cheese (optional)

When you are doing your peppers, make sure you have 4 peppers that will
stand up on their own.

Mix ground meat, catsup, Worchester Sauce, egg, and spices in a large bowl.

Take a handful of the mixture and pack it into each pepper, making sure
all the air bubbles are removed.

Top each pepper with Parmasan Cheese and bake at 350 for about an hour.
It is helpful to put a little water (up to a 1/4 inch) in the bottom
of your baking dish so the peppers don't stick.
