BEEF JERKY TIME!!

Denuded round steak or brisket
pectoral
meat.
Have meat market cut and slice for jerky.
Marinade:
1 cup lite soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon equivelant sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Marinate overnight or 24 hrs.
place on oven racks
(line bottom of oven with foil)
Sprinkle with more lemon pepper if desired
Dry in 100(+/-)degree oven for up to 24 hrs.
Crack oven door while drying.
