Creamy Italian Meatballs

1 package meat of your choice
(I really like it with turkey)
(I use garlic pepper and salt and pepper)
1 green bell pepper
1 white onion
butter (use your own discretion)
1 tub marscapone cheese
1/4 cup cream (I use heavy/double cream)
Mix your meat and spices in a bowl and then form into
meatballs. I usually plot the meatballs in boiling water
until they float, this way I know they are done.
In a skillet or frying pan, add your chopped onion,
mushrooms and butter and sautee until soft, add cut pepper
and then more butter. Add meatballs and sautee for a few
minutes until slightly browned. Add in marscapone cheese
and stir until melted, add cream and simmer until bubbling.
I usually add some salt and pepper afterwards to spice it
up a bit.
