Cajun Burger Pups

1 package hot dogs (or favorite
sausage)
1 pound ground beef
8 strips bacon
toothpicks
Cajun seasoning to taste
Split hot dog (or sausage) lengthwise
without cutting in half. stuff in
2 oz. beef, wrap bacon around to hold, secure with two toothpicks
(one on
each end). Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Grill or bake in 350
degree oven until
done (varies with personal taste). Make sure if grilling not
to grill directly over coals or
flame as bacon drippings will cause flare up.
Pure protein, no carbs (check
hot dogs, though, as they vary). Great during Induction.
