Use Short Ribs or Baby Backs.
(Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning...green round
container with red top)
Bake at 325-350 for approx 1 hour or until done. Cool...sprinkle
with SWEET N LOW BROWN SUGAR (Not Sugar Twin)
Smear on a good stone ground mustard (Plochmans) BB-Q 6 mins.
on each side.
