1 lb. Firm Fillets
(eg. Haddock)
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Parsley (fresh or less if dried)
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Paprika

How To Prepare:
|
In a large baking dish, arrange fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter and blend in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake @ 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes.
