These are savory meatballs with an asian twist! I get very good feedback from my Thai and Philippino family members, who enjoy these a lot
2 pounds Ground Pork, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. ground ginger, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, 3 cloves minced garlic, Sriracha or other garlicy asian hot sauce, to taste
How To Prepare:
Using hands/gloves, mix all ingredients together well. Measure into 2 tsp. balls, add to a pot of boiling water to cook. When floating for 5 minutes, meatballs are done. When meatballs are finished cooking, you may brown them in a pan with cooking oil, add them to asian soup, or eat with dipping sauce
