3/4 c. Soy protein isolate (note: not flour, soy flour has carbs), 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, Garlic powder (to taste), and (optional) 1-2 tsp sucralose sweetener.
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingriedients with a hand held until it looks like the consistency of peanut butter. Spread across baking sheet. You will have to shape it like a circle (this will not look like a dough!) with your spatula. Bake 20 mins. Add 1/2 cup of your sauce. spread, and desired toppings. Put back in oven for 5 mins. It may look done earlier but be careful, it is harder to get off the sheet if not cooked long. You will have to scrap the bottom with your pizza slicer to lift it up

8 Slices. Thin crust.
