8 cups cabbage, finely chopped (or use a ready-to-purchase bag)
1/4 cup carrot, shredded (may choose to omit)
1/3 cup splenda or other sugar substitute (this doesn't get heated, so any should be OK)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water (or more cream if desired)
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Prepare:
Cut cabbage into small pieces about the size of rice kernels (the food processor is great for this!).
In a salad bowl, combine the splenda, salt, pepper, cream, water, mayonnaise, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
