Description: Quick and easy - and DELICIOUS - way to cook trout.
Ingredients: 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese - the powdered kind


1 trout - cut in half lengthwise


lemon


olive oil spray
How To Prepare: spread parmesan cheese on plate.


Heat heavy skillet on med-high heat - spray with olive oil.


Cover meat side of trout with parmesan cheese.


Transfer to skillet - meat side down.


Saute for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.


Squeeze with lemon wedge.
Number of Servings: 1-2
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 1-2 depending on how much parmesan used
Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
