1 cup chopped cooked ham (I used 96% Fat Free)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tsp dried basil
1 TBL prepared mustard
3/4 cup whipping cream
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9 inch pie pan with pam. Combine ham, Monterey Jack and dried basil in a medium bowl; mix well. Spoon into greased pie pan. Whisk mustard, eggs, and cream in a medium bowl until well blended. Pour egg mixture over ham mixture. Bake quiche until filling is set and edges are lightly browned; about 30 minutes. (Cooking times vary.)
