Description: Now here's a dish to waken your taste buds.
Ingredients: 4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced & seeded
3/4 cup white vinegar
6 Tbsp Splenda
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
How To Prepare: In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, and cucumbers. Set aside.

In a small suacepan, combine rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour immediately over the vegetables; and toss to coat.
Number of Servings: 8
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 22 for total recipe / 2.9 per serving
