3-4 oz Tofu
1/2 cup raspberries
2 packets Splenda
1/2 cup Hoods Carb Countdown Dairy beverage (I use the Fat Free)
2 tsp. Davincis Vanilla Syrup
handful of ice cubes
How To Prepare:
Mix together in blender until smooth. Serve immediately. You can add homemade whipped cream (1/2 cup ice cold heavy whipping cream and 2 capfuls of SF Vanilla syrup) and a raspberry on top if you wish. The whipped cream topping will add a few more carbs.
