Pros: Quick and easy
Cons: Really gotta watch the pot!

very easy to make, and tasty, too. I used cinnamon oil from Wild Oats, and used about 1 1/2 tsp. Didn't bother with the food coloring, as I was worried it might come off on my hands while eating. Poured it into a jello mold left over from halloween and they do taste yummy! Next time I'll try adding more cinnamon since I like these with lots of kick!
