Ingredients: 1 slice black forest ham,
1Tablespoon heavy cream,

sprinkle of basil,

1-2 teaspoons of grated swiss cheese
How To Prepare: In a greased muffin tin or custard cup place a slice of black forest ham, pushed into bottom, overhanging at top, drop an egg on top then heavy cream dropped on top, sprinkle of basil,grated swiss cheese is then put on the top. Bake for 25 to 30 mins. in a 350 oven, cook til egg is set.The cream makes a creamy sauce on top..yumm!!!
note:I prefer my eggs scrambled so I beat the eggs then pour them in and continue on with the recipe.
Number of Servings: (recipe for 1 egg, easily adjusted for multipe servings)
Preparation Time: 5 mins prep, 30 min bake

This is one of those things that I made when I suddenly had guests for sunday brunch. It was easy, tsted great and had my guests amazed at my culinary grace under pressure. If they only knew!
