Ingredients: 4 large eggs3 broccoli florets, chopped 3 heaping TBSP feta, crumbledpepper and salt to tastebutter

I didnt have feta cheese in fridge in this morning so I substituted shredded mild cheddar cheese in its place. I would recommend that if you are using fresh broccoli to boil for about 5 mts then add and bake. Was simply delicious...thanks!
