Pros:
easy, refreshing, tastes good
Cons:
figuring out the amount of fruit, too much ice
I thought this was a really refreshing and tasty treat - went great with breakfast. My son even loved it! It was a littled watered down so next time I plan to use less ice. I also plan to try it with fruit juice instead of milk - just to add a little variety and tasty twist.

Pros:
EASY (with a few adjustments)
Cons:
NOT for Induction
This recipe DOES fit into a low carb eating plan as long as you pick your fruits carefully AND you aren't on induction. Strawberries, peaches, tangerines and pears are AWESOME for this. I do, however, use Calorie Countdown milk and some SF Davinci Syrup, Vanilla flavoured. I can have a shake for 6g carbs or less. VERY filling and satisfying for that late night craving!
