Add cream, sweetner, vanilla and pulse til creamy and looks like ice cream. This is the best low carb soft serve ice cream I ever had. Yes | Rating: 8    Pros: Delicious and Very Quick Cons: Many Carbs Well I really didnt have this many carbs to spare but I'm in florida and this summer heat had me feenin for a cold treat that was quick. I used half and half instead of the heavy cream and the "ice cream" was more like a shake...dividing it in to two or three servings is only a tease....the frozen strawberries made it cold and it was very tasty. It tasted pretty much like any regular strawberry shake (except for the ones at steak n shake they are the best) I will make it again when I can afford the carbs
