Description:
Ingredients: 1 head of broccoli florets, chopped
1 small onion, sliced thinly
1 cup reg. mayo


sweetener to taste (liquid splenda is best, but granulated will work fine if you let it sit for a few minutes to dissolve)
How To Prepare: Blend sweetener with mayo to make a dressing. You may need to add water if you are using granulated sweetener. I the equivalent of 2 Tbs sugar in sweetener.


Pour over broccoli and onions. Chill for at least 20 min, pref. an hour.
Number of Servings: 4 or more
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: about 6, depending on ingredients
Preparation Time: 10 min?

Pros: Yummy!
Cons: Easy to eat too much...what a good problem to have!

I made enough for my sil & myself - a large salad bowl full...so I didn't use the exact recipe, just followed it in a general way...a bowl full of broccoli florets (from a bag), a few slices of onion diced, the mayo, 2 packets of splenda and I did add 3 slices of crisply cooked bacon diced...even my SIL's 2yo boy kept coming back for more!
