Pros: A great way to treat yourself to a sweet treat, low in carbs
Cons: I may eat tooooo many nuts now!

OMG, these walnuts taste sooo amazing!
I didnt use the vanilla flavor and they still taste great! Dont let the hour in the oven scare you---it makes them very nice and crunchy--no burning!!!

thanks! this rocks!

Pros: yummy!
Cons: none!

I used walnuts instead and cut the recipe in half. These came out great! I normally do this recipe on the stovetop but these were much better in the oven. I even crushed some and put them on top of my cheesecake mousse. VERY GOOD - will make again and again. Will try to use liquid splenda next time.

Pros: Wonderful snack!
Cons: none

I also made this with macadamia nuts instead of walnuts and was pleasantly surprised!
