Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed (I used 2)
10 medium mushrooms, sliced (more or less to taste)
2 tablespoons liquid beef broth (more or less to taste)
2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper as needed
How To Prepare: Brown the beef in a heavy skillet on medium heat.
After a minute or two, add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook till meat is done and vegetables are just soft.
Drain.
Stir in the other ingredients and heat through but don't boil.

Note: I served it over green beans for me, and over egg noodles for the rest of the family.

Pros: Easy, fast and tasty
Cons: No leftovers! :p

I made this for my family last night...I also added a handful of chopped celery with the onion and garlic, and broke up and cooked Dreamfield's linguine to add some noodles for pastacrazy tablemates. It was quite a hit. Smile
