Description: I came up with this off the top of my head and was pleasantly surprised at how yummy it was!
Ingredients: 1/2C unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 1/4C frozen blueberries. 2 TBS flax meal 2TBS cream cheese. 2 or 3 splenda packets.
How To Prepare: combine all ingredients in a blender (i use my magic bullet). blend untill smooth. use more or less splenda to sweeten to you're iwn taste. enjoy!
