I love lattes, but don't want to spend 10 or 12 carbs on the milk in one, so I made this milk substitute. Doesn't taste exactly like milk, but it's pretty close, and with espresso and some sweetener, it's perfectly acceptable. And only 4 carbs a cup.
10 oz. water, 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 6 ounces actual milk
How To Prepare:
Mix everything together in a blender or shake mixer.
