Ingredients:
|
1 egg
1 egg white
1 cup splenda
1t. instant coffee granules
1 T boiling water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 T. divinci choc syrup
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 c cocoa
1/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

How To Prepare:
|
In a mixing bowl, beat egg, eggwhite and splenda. In a small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Add the coffee, butter and choc syrup to egg mixture; mix well. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly coat with pam. Drop batter by Tablespoons onto baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 mins or until set. Cool for 2 mins before removing to wire rack to cool
completely.
