Description: Tasty for those gravy lovers out there without the starch!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, 1 tsp. ground thyme, 2 Tbs. french's fried onions, 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper, pinch seasoning salt
How To Prepare: throw beef in skillet on high heat and brown. Sprinkle with all seasonings. Add butter and continuously toss meat until covered. Add fried onions and saute a few minutes longer, then add heavy cream. Let cream come to a boil and stir frequently until consistency you enjoy (I like mine thick). Serve immediately. Tastes so good it should be illegal!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): My kids loved it and it was delicious!!
Cons: Put a lid on the meat to cook until soft

This was absolutely yummy. My first time ever using the french fried onions. My kids loved it!! I added a little more cream to the dish, to make more gravy.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very yummy gravy
Cons: Meat turned out tough

This dish turned out very tasty, but the stew meat was really tough. It was probably just the meat I bought or I may have cooked it a bit too long, so I won't let that affect my rating. Next time, I will probably just use a full size steak.

Cons:

This is great!! In reading the reviews I only made one change; after browning the meat I added beef broth and cooked the meat until tender. I discarded the broth but saved it for another use and then continued on with recipe. Came out perfect!!!
