Description: I think it's great, but more for corn bread than other sandwhiches. You could easily make this a little thicker than I did, I was making enough for DS and I to have a BLT.

This would be good with my Spicy LC chicken tortilla soup. I'll make them together next time.
Ingredients: 2/3 cups almond flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbs melted butter - if you use salted butter you can omit the salt
How To Prepare: Mix together in a bowl. Spread it on parchment paper about 1/4 in. thick. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Broil until golden brown, but watch it.

I think it has 2 carbs per slice, check your almond flour for carb count. I took a bite before I remembered to take a picture. lol
Number of Servings: 4 large slices
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: ( 6 carbs per 1/4 cup - 3 fiber)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bread like texture
Cons: Not sweet at all, not corn like at all

This was pretty nasty. If you know what Johnny Cakes are (not pancakes), it tastes like those. I tasted it and it was awful before baking. So, in desperation, I added a little bit of corn meal (3/4 TBS.), or about 5g carbs. I also added a packet and a half of splenda (1.5 Carbs). That brings the batch total to about 21-22 carbs, net. Not very good, but it is kind of decent if you are really in need of cornbread. It was not sweet at all, so maybe it needs more sweetener, but some may not like the sweet flavor. Also, it wasn't moist, maybe it needs some water, or heavy cream

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Not sweet
Cons: No dimensions given

What size is the bread in your photo? I have a shallow 11" x 7" pan, could the dough be spread out evenly in the pan or would a different size be better? I have an aversion to just spreading dough out free-form, because my free-forms are all too free and completely unformed. I really need to be able to have a pan to fit the dough. Thanks
