Description: Gourmet little snack! An old friend of mine was a chef in NC + would bring me these after work. I love them!!
Ingredients: 2 slices deli-fresh Havarti cheese
1 med/whole Mt Olive dill pickle
Stone-ground deli mustard (I like Grey Poupon)
Toothpicks if serving as an appetizer for guests


Variation:
2 slices fave Blackforest ham. I like Boar's Head the best/low carb!
How To Prepare: On each slice of cheese, smear on a little mustard (I like a lot). If using ham, place on top of the mustard-covered cheese!


Cut in half


Quarter the pickle into (4) pieces, length-wise


Roll up the pickle inside the cheese, then toothpick closed if you want


Equals 2 roll-ups per cheese slice.
