Description:
Can be added to low-carb icecreams and mousses, or keep in the freezer for a little "chocolate fix" snack. Easy to make
Ingredients:
1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate (4 carbs)
2 TBSP Heavy Cream (1 carb)
5 pkts fave low-carb sweetener (3 carbs)
6 TBSP Butter (0 carbs)
How To Prepare:
On very low heat, melt butter and chocolate squares. Add cream, blend, then add sweetening packets. Blend thoroughly and remove from heat.
Take either parchment paper or any tupperware container w/ a flat bottom and slowly pour on a thin layer.
(if parchment): allow to "set" just a minute before transferring to freezer. Keep on a flat surface so won't spill. Or just put tupperware container (no lid) in the freezer.
Ready to munch on in about 15m. Just break apart into pieces or use a pizza cutter and cut into strips, squares, etc.
