Description: Creme Brulee with Mascarpone Cheese and Chocolate
Ingredients: 16 oz TreStelle Marscarpone
3 scant Tablespoons of Splenda
1 Cup unsweetened Soy Milk
6 eggs yolks
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
pinch of salt


2 oz Biteersweet Chocolate
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350


In a mixing bowl, lightly beat Tre Stelle Mascarpone cheese, eggs yolks, and sugar. Sir in milk. Pour mixture into 4-5 rameins and place them in a pan. Pour boiling water halfway up the ramekins to allow them to bake equally.


Bake for 30-35 mins.


Cool


Melt chocolate in microwave on low power. Spread over mixture. Place under broiler to keep choclate mixture fluid. Enjoy!

Pros: It is low carb and wonderful!
Cons: none

I saw this recipe yesterday. Bought the ingredients today. My sister was visiting and had it in the oven before supper. My husband, sister and I all throughly enjoyed it. Will make again, and again and again.
