Description:

If you love Indian and Asian spices, you are going to love it! Miracle Noodle angel hair pasta with pork, chicken and a few veggies.
|
|
Ingredients:
|
1 ½ packages of Angel Hair Miracle Noodle www.miraclenoodle.com
2 T Vegetable Oil
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
4oz Chicken Breast (slice thinly into strips)
1 large spring onion (dice bulb, cut greens into 1 lengths.. use all it)
4 oz cooked Chinese Barbeque Pork (obtain at a Chinese grocer or restaurant. No sauce, cut meat away from bones into small chunks )
1 small onion (thinly sliced or julienned)
1 Long red chili pepper (seeded & julienned)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Splenda
2 Tsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tsp Mild Curry Powder
1 handful bean sprouts (trim ends)
2 springs of Cilantro (used as garnish when serving)

How To Prepare:

Rinse Noodles thoroughly, drain all excess water. Heat noodles in a non-stick pan to remove all excess water. Set aside on paper towel.
Heat 1 T of Vegetable Oil in a wok over low-medium heat, add garlic stir fry until fragrant. Add Chicken and spring onion & stir fry 1-2 minutes (until fully cooked). Add pork & stir fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Clean wok (wipe it out, no need to wash), and return to high heat. Add the remaining vegetable oil and stir fry onion until fragrant. Add Chili, salt, Splenda, oyster sauce, curry powder & 2 T of water. Mix sauce and then add noodles. Mix well, then toss in bean sprouts Chicken & Pork and stir fry 1 minute.
