supersize

Description: These are melt in your mouth good. Great for fish night!!
Ingredients: 2 cups soy flour - sifted
2 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup splenda
pinch of salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon and pepper powder
2 eggs
1 cup of half and half
8 oz shredded cheddar chesse ( dont worry these do not taste chessy,, the chesse gives it a corn bread taste)
How To Prepare: get your oil in a pan heated up to med heat. ( I used corn oil)

In a bowl combine all above ingredients with a rubber spatula. Do not forget to sift soy flour.

once your oil is heated drop tbsp size drops of batter into your oil. If it burns fast then your oil is to hot. brown until the color of hush puppies in Med heat.

Pros: WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Nothing!

I made this recipe on a whim. This is FANTASTIC. I used Splenda brown sugar because I didn't have any regular... and I used Carb Quick instead of Soy Flour. I am SO shocked how awesome this recipe is!!! Thank you SO much!
