You can't eat just one piece
My tweaking of Low Carb Fudge

Ingredients:
|
2 blocks of Dark chocolate (unsweetened)
1/4 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cap of vanilla (top of bottle)
1 cup of splenda (package (for 1 cup)99 cent store sells them)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 Cup chopped walnut nuts (or you favorite nut)
2 packages of cream cheese
butter flavored spray for 9x13 pyrex or smaller dish if you want thicker fudge,
then count more carbs in each piece

How To Prepare:

soften cream cheese in mixing bowl ( I micro it for 1 minute)
small pot add 1/4 stick butter
2 dark choc. squares
melt over low heat
add 1 cup peanut butter
take off fire
add cap vanilla
1 cup splenda (package)(buy @ 99 store)
3 table spoons cocoa
mix in pot then transfer it to mixing bowl with cream cheese I use mixer to mix all this together
then I add chopped nuts and mix again
I have already sprayed 9x13 pyrex ,add fudge to the dish and smooth out until spread equally in dish. Place in refridge until firm
then cut into 60 pieces
