Description: This is a very handy subtitution for Low Carb Baking Mix. Surprisingly good for making pancakes.
Ingredients: 1.5 cups protein powder (unflavored is best, but vanilla will do) (9 carbs)
1.5 cups vital wheat gluten flour (36 carbs)
2 Tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbl Splenda (4-6 carbs, not sure)
How To Prepare: Mix it all togheter and store in container or plastic zip lock bag.
Number of Servings: 6 serving of 1/2 cup
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Aprox. 8.5 carbs
Preparation Time: 5 min
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
