Description: Hey Ladies... I want to make this shortcake for my birthday. Enjoy... use splenda wherever needed.



Prepare time: Ready in 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients: 2 Tbsps Kraft Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread


1 Tbsp Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam


2 individual sponge cake shells


3/4 cup sliced strawberries (about 8 medium)


2 Tbsps thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
How To Prepare: Directions:


1. Combine cream cheese and jam; spoon evenly over shortcakes. Top with strawberries.


2. Top with the whipped topping.


Variation: Substitute seedless raspberry or strawberry preserves for the jam and/or angel food cake slices for the individual shortcakes.


Make ahead: Shortcakes can be made ahead of time. Store in refrigerator up to 30 minutes, before serving.
