Description:
When I started on the lowcarb WOE, the one weakness I had that I could not give up was my daily iced mochas. Usually I made my own at home, but often had one at a coffee house (starbucks, caribou, etc). And then I read the nutritional breakdown of a Venti Iced mocha from Starbucks.

ACK. And caribou was worse with a large iced mocha coming in at a whopping 450 calories, 76g carb and 10g fat. So I decided to make my own and skinny it down to suit my new WOE. Here it is.

Ingredients:
2 oz brewed espresso
1 packet Stevia
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa powder
2 oz milk(I use half and half for the creamier taste)
How To Prepare:
pour hot espresso into glass and stir. Add cocoa and continue stirring. Add Stevia while stirring, to dissolve. Fill glass with ice. Pour milk/half and half/water into glass and stir until blended.
It's probably not AS good as Caribou, et. al, but it quells my craving, and for a huge cut in calories and carbs, it's worth it
